Abstract: 
Traditional concrete production heavily impacts the environment, with cement manufacturing responsible for about eight percent of global CO₂ emissions and extensive resource depletion from aggregate extraction. To address this, researchers have explored using waste glass powder (WGP) as a partial cement replacement and recycled aggregates (RA) instead of natural stone. WGP enhances strength and durability through pozzolanic activity, while RA promotes waste reduction and resource conservation. However, limited studies examine their combined use. This review synthesizes recent research on WGP and RA, evaluating their individual and joint effects on concrete’s strength, workability, and sustainability to guide eco-friendly mix designs for greener construction.
