Abstract:
This study investigated the optimal conditions for developing and improving the formulation of a high-quality medicinal product, as well as its efficacy. Excellent results were obtained, particularly as the product exhibited a high relative standardisation index; the study revealed that the colouring agent was present in a 1:1 ratio, which is considered an excellent ratio in terms of detectability and drug performance. The study was conducted using the Jop method, applying highly suitable conditions, including a temperature below 25 °C for a duration of 6 minutes; the resulting chromophore demonstrated good stability for approximately one and a half hours.
